Several processes for producing copper clad aluminum materials
We use the new process solid-liquid bonding method to produce copper clad aluminum materials with higher composite strength and better bonding surface.
Recently, some customers consulted our production process of copper clad aluminum sheet. Our copper clad aluminum sheet uses solid-liquid bonding method, first melt the aluminum liquid, and then combine with the copper layer, this is a new process, the produced copper clad aluminum sheet is more firmly bonded, the bonding surface is smoother, we Products are exported to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and several other countries.
In addition to solid-liquid combination technology, copper clad aluminum sheet has a variety of production processes. Let me introduce you in detail:
Cladding welding method :
The aluminum plate is covered with copper plate, argon arc welding, stretching, and annealing, and the interface recombination adopts the solid phase combination method.
Rolling and crimping method :
Copper strips are rolled, rolled, and annealed on the top and bottom of the aluminum row. The copper clad aluminum materials produced by this method has low interface bonding strength, thin copper layer, and low current carrying capacity. The copper band is crimped on the aluminum row. Wide surface, no copper on the two narrow sides.
Hydrostatic extrusion method :
The aluminum tube and the aluminum rod are made into a composite billet, which is lubricated and squeezed by the action of high water purification pressure and large processing deformation rate. The copper clad aluminum materials produced by this method has a uniform combination between copper and aluminum, but the process is cumbersome and cannot be continuously produced. The production efficiency is low, suitable for small batch and multi-variety production.
Die casting and continuous rolling method :
The aluminum solution solidifies in the copper tube to form a composite billet without oxidation, and flat and vertical continuous rolling and finishing. There is a composite layer with a certain thickness between copper and aluminum, forming a large area of interatomic bonding, and the current carrying capacity is high. The copper clad aluminum materials produced by this method has a high yield rate and is suitable for industrial mass production.
