The production process of copper clad aluminum plate can be divided into the following steps:
(1) Raw materials: choose the thickness and width of aluminum and copper strips as required;
(2) Surface treatment: polish the aluminum and copper strips separately;
(3) Heating: heating and melting the aluminum plate;
(4) Rolling and compounding: The molten aluminum and copper plates are compounded and rolled to produce copper clad aluminum plates.
(5) Annealing: the copper clad aluminum plate is annealed after hot rolling and lamination;
(6) Striping: Cooling the annealed copper clad aluminum plate to room temperature and cut it into flat plates.
